CRNA opening in Coudersport, PA Full-Time l Permanent Team-focused role providing anesthetic care under a medically directed model Work with a collaborative surgical services team Facility includes 4 ORs, endoscopy lab, and procedure room 5,500 annual cases : ortho, general surgery, ENT, OB / GYN, GI, pain, urology, podiatry Day shifts + 1 : 4 call schedule (CRNAs take first call) Key Responsibilities : Administer anesthesia across all perioperative phases Follow all clinical and regulatory protocols Confirm consent and surgical site compliance with OR team Strong communication, critical thinking, and adaptability required Qualifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS (must be current) Graduate of accredited nurse anesthesia program Active RN and unrestricted CRNA license in Pennsylvania EMR / charting proficiency Compensation & Benefits : Competitive salary + sign-on / retention bonus Paid malpractice coverage Medical, life, and disability insurance 403(b) with employer match 24 PTO days + 6 paid holidays $2,500 CME + 5 CME days $700 for dues / memberships On-call apartment (if >
