As a Room Service Server at The Pfister Hotel, you will deliver menu items directly to guest rooms in a professional, timely, and courteous manner—ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience in the comfort of their room.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Learn all menu items in food and beverage outlets and proper garnishments for accurate plate setup.
• Prepare trays and carts and deliver meals to guest rooms.
• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring complete satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and service equipment.
• Retrieve trays and carts from guest floors promptly.
• Record and process guest orders accurately using the Point of Sale system.
• Adhere to all State, Federal, and Corporate liquor regulations when serving alcohol.
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor throughout shift.
• Perform assigned side work and other duties as directed by management.
