Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A K-12 educational setting in Montross, VA, is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide comprehensive therapy services throughout the current school year. This contract position offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on a caseload of approximately 50 students requiring speech and language support.
Responsibilities include evaluating, planning, and delivering individualized therapy sessions tailored to students' specific communication needs. The SLP will collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to promote effective communication skills and help students achieve their educational goals. With a 40-hour workweek, this role demands dedication and the ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently.
Key qualifications and experience preferred :
This opportunity urgently requires a reliable professional to begin promptly. Clinical Fellows (CFs) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) may also be considered for support roles on the caseload.
