Job descriptionThe main focus of a swim instructor is to teach swimming skills in accordance with Streamline Brands curriculum in a fun, positive manner. This position is specifically working with ages 4 months to 3 years old in group lessons with the parents involved. Provide continuous, positive corrective feedback to students and customers on their swimming efforts Structure class time appropriately to incorporate repetition, reinforcement, and introduction of required skills Ensure swimmer safety Previous swim instruction is preferred but we are happy to train you. MUST be comfortable with babies and willing to work with parents in the water during lessons. Current American Red Cross CPR-PR / AED, First Aid for adult, swimmer and infant preferred but we will help you get certified in 60 days of hire Special consideration given to instructors with experience teaching swimmers age 6 months to 10 years and Special Needs.
