NMLS Licensed Mortgage Manager

A company is looking for a Mortgage Branch Manager to lead and manage Mortgage Loan Originators while achieving production goals.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Mortgage Regional Manager in leading and managing Mortgage Loan Originators

Maintain a personal pipeline of retail mortgage loans and actively participate in industry associations

Promote a sales-oriented environment through training, coaching, and marketing material creation

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Two or more years of experience as a Retail Mortgage Loan Originator

Minimum of two years of supervisory experience

National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration required

Understanding of mortgage products, operations, and current market trends
