Essential Functions :

  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in commercial settings, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Work closely with the project management team to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations, promoting a safe work environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, representing R&R Heating's commitment to excellence.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies, contributing to our culture of continuous improvement.

    • Requirements :

  • Strong leadership skills, proven ability of leading teams.
  • Gas Mech 1 license, EPA, WA elec trainee card.
  • Proven experience as an HVAC Installer with a focus on commercial projects.
  • Necessary industry licenses and certifications.
  • A commitment to quality workmanship and safety.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

    The selected candidate must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment background check (includes driving record), and drug test, as R&R Heating and A / C is a drug free workplace.

    Salary Description : $30-$40 / hour DOE
