As a Branch Office Administrator (BOA), you will team up with financial advisors to help clients achieve long-term financial goals. The primary role is to provide administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of multiple financial advisors. We are proud to serve over nine million clients. Our BOAs are a valued part of the client support team, and we value diverse experiences and professional backgrounds.

Role Summary : As a Branch Office Administrator, you will be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients. You will play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience. Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed
  • Take an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year
  • Actively listen for situations in the clients\' lives that may indicate a need for additional services

  • Role Requirements

  • Client Service : Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members.
  • Account Management : Learn and understand the financial services industry. Includes account opening, handling account transfers and other requests at the direction of the financial advisor. Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records.
  • Administrative & Operational Support : Work independently at the direction of the financial advisor. Handle various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, preparing materials for client meetings, managing correspondence and supporting marketing initiatives. Streamlining processes with updating SOPs and strategically executing the branch business plan.
  • Technology : Strong computer literacy with willingness to learn new technology and programs such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office products and other firm-provided software.

    Compensation

  • Edward Jones believes in a human-centered approach and partnerships that share success with associates through discretionary and variable compensation programs, including bonuses based on branch and firm profitability and individual performance.
  • The hiring minimum and maximum range shown is a subset of the total pay range; there may be merit-based salary increases as you progress in the BOA role.
