Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position supports middle and high school students with opportunities to work with some elementary students in a K-12 setting located in Worthington, MN. This contract role follows the traditional school year calendar, offering consistency and a structured schedule for an engaging educational environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students from middle school through high school, with occasional support for elementary-aged children.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students unique communication needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to monitor student progress and modify interventions as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and district guidelines for speech-language pathology services.
• Support students in improving speech, language, communication skills, and overall academic success.
