Summary :
In this role, you will lead a team of marketing professionals and graphic designers responsible for delivering and producing 1 : 1 marketing collateral while ensuring alignment of Vizient brand. You will partner with senior executives, enterprise principals, and sales teams to bring strategy and vision to life. You will leverage internal resources and external partnerships to plan, develop, and execute actionable market and member intelligence information and field marketing strategy, leading to its effective execution.
Responsibilities :
Lead a multi-faceted intelligence (member, market) function that delivers actionable insights to drive decision-making and sales effectiveness; serve as the voice of the customer.
Build engagement insights report to provide executives, enterprise principals, business development, and delivery team members to market an aggregate of quarterly member engagement outcomes.
Leverage “World Class” sales enablement process when partnering with senior leaders, the enterprise principals, and sales teams to provide the proper messaging at the proper time in the sales cycle to drive annualized revenue.
Leverage broad institutional knowledge to bring together group purchasing, consulting, analytics / technology, and services to build a cohesive message based on member needs.
Oversee the partnership with marketing to develop cohesive and connected plans tied to revenue.
Act as the Vizient and member-level messaging expert and advisor to senior leaders, enterprise performance, business development leaders, and other executives.
Work collaboratively across commercial operations to drive an efficient process, and aligned workflow, providing support to the RFP team, pricing and deal modeling teams, and training as needed.
Serve as a key contact for the Chief Customer Officer and related sales team for commercial marketing efforts.
Identify and manage partnerships with external vendors.
Create 1 : 1 marketing and outreach materials based on member needs.
Qualifications :
Relevant degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field desired. A Master's degree is preferred.
10 or more years of experience in marketing is required, preferably within the Healthcare, Group Purchasing Organization (GPO), Consulting, or Analytics industry.
Proven expertise in crafting marketing strategies that effectively address customer needs and drive business growth is required.
Experience working in digital marketing and analytics is preferred.
Experience working with CRM systems is required.
Experience working with sales enablement tools such as Seismic preferred.
Strong leadership skills, capable of nurturing talent, guiding a team, and influencing cross-functional collaboration are required.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent project management skills.
Innovative and creative thinker who embraces bold ideas.
Ability to work in a fast-paced highly collaborative environment, manage through ambiguity, and manage multiple priorities.
Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Suite.
Willingness to travel.
