Overview
A well-established law firm is seeking a Legal Practice Assistant to join its New Jersey office. This position provides high-level administrative and legal support to attorneys and associates across multiple practice areas, including Bankruptcy, Corporate, Environmental, Litigation, Real Estate, Tax, and Trusts & Estates.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to attorneys and practice groups.
- Manage and organize case files, correspondence, and legal documents.
- Coordinate meetings, maintain attorney calendars, and assist with travel arrangements as needed.
- Prepare and revise legal documents, presentations, and reports.
- Assist with billing, time entry, and other client-related administrative tasks.
- Communicate professionally with clients, staff, and external contacts.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive and privileged information.
- Support various projects and workflow management across multiple practice areas.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of legal experience supporting attorneys in a law firm environment.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and InTapp; familiarity with iManage and PowerPoint a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Client-focused, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal abilities.Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a high-volume environment.Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range : $80,000 - $115,000 (commensurate with experience).Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, retirement plan, and paid time off.
