The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) FLOAT is located at our Beaver Dam CBOC with up to 50% travel to the East VA Clinic located in Madison, WI. Will be assigned primarily to Primary Care clinics. Held accountable for delivering direct patient care from adult through geriatric veterans for both acute and chronic diseases in an outpatient setting. Implement basic and advanced LPN procedures as defined by policies and procedures. May be assigned to any clinic needing coverage, including Lab.
