Local Contract Clinical Lab Scientist (CLS) - $24-30 per hour

LanceSoft is seeking a local contract Clinical Lab Scientist (CLS) for a local contract job in San Leandro, California. Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Clinical Lab Scientist (CLS) Discipline : Allied Health Professional Start Date : 11 / 24 / 2025 Duration : 52 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days, evenings, flexible Employment Type : Local Contract Responsibilities Perform waived lab tests (Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis, Molecular, Coagulation) Collect specimens via venipuncture and capillary draws Ensure quality control compliance and accurate data entry Transport and process specimens Maintain inventory and equipment records Follow all health and safety protocols Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Familiarity with lab workflows; phlebotomy experience preferred Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail COVID-19 vaccination (or approved exemption) required Must meet California requirements for testing personnel (licensed MLT or LVN) About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
