Provide general overall facility management services, including continuous monitoring of office / facility. Follow protocol for effective building-specific maintenance and safety procedures. Understand and support key performance indicators against service level agreements. Manage service objectives for timely completion of jobs

Job Description

• Schedule : Monday-Friday (7 : 00am-3 : 30pm).
• Pay : $38hr.
• Follow up with scheduler / planner to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Respond to all facility inquiries and complaints, assess problems and take the necessary corrective action.
• Escalate concerns to proper authority in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with outside contractors for the service and repairs of equipment. Maintain an up-to-date vendor contact information on a shared platform.
• Maintain on-going communication with contractors, clients, and team
• Create and record appropriate written communication between all parties.
• Schedule and document maintenance and repairs on building equipment and lab equipment.
• Manage service objectives for timely completion of jobs.
• Assist with obtaining yearly service contract details, quotes and purchase order creation.
• Follow up on purchase orders invoice and soft closed with accounts payable.
• Assist vendors with work order related invoices and purchase order adjustments.
