Desktop Field Support Technician II

Santa Fe, NM USA

Contract-To-Hire

• Responsible for hardware and software upgrades and troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot Software and Hardware Issues with Remote users
• Perform installs, moves, adds and changes
• Hardware, software, and networking troubleshooting and repair.
• Diagnosing and repairing Windows desktop and laptop.
• Break Fix – Component level PC peripherals repair and troubleshooting.
• Testing systems to make sure that they are working properly
• Basic TCP / IP Skills. Network Topography proficient.
• Educated many new users of comp u term systems and software.
• Repaired software and hardware computer and net issues
• Assist the existing onsite support team with hardware break-fix, asset management, receiving, and imaging activities at a client site
