Clean Malpractice is required due to credentialing timeframe for Dec dates

Dates : -

Dec 20th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 25th

Dec 27th, 28th, and 29th. On call 7am- 7am

Hospital call is 7 a.m. to 7 a.m. on the dates assigned.

Number of patients seen per day in clinic - 15 - 25 depending on the day

What is the Number of phone Consults - less than 5 in 72 hours
