Our award-winning construction client, recognized for their, exceptional customer service, outstanding safety record, and solid reputation, is seeking an  Estimator  to add to their team! The ideal candidate  will have 3+ years of experience as an Estimator in the commercial, healthcare, educational, multifamily, and office markets.  If you are a results-driven professional with a passion for excellence in construction management - we want to hear from you!

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Prepare and estimate budget costs for construction including labor and material costs
• Utilize Conceptual Design and Value Engineering as needed
• Write up and present budgets, reports, and project plans
• Developing and managing estimates on multiple, simultaneous projects
• Work with clients, owners, field personnel, and design teams, while also being able to work autonomously
