Job descriptionManage warehouse operations including ordering, replenishment, inventory control, and truck restocking Support field technicians with timely and accurate delivery of materials Lead warehouse personnel, promoting a customer-focused, "tech-friendly" culture Handle purchasing for the plumbing division, aligning with company objectives Oversee daily operations, maintain SOPs, and ensure warehouse organization and cleanliness Schedule and perform truck / warehouse inventories, troubleshooting discrepancies as needed Manage weekly replenishments to prevent out-of-stock situations and optimize material levels Maintain item master updates and ServiceTitan (ERP) truck templates for inventory accuracy Assist with truck fleet management and deployment in coordination with Operations leadership High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of relevant warehouse experience with proven results Proficiency with warehouse management and ERP systems (ServiceTitan preferred) Excellent Microsoft Office skills Ability to lift and transport > Customer-focused, results-driven mindset with strong communication abilities

Schedule : Monday-Friday, Day Shift
Compensation : $17-22 / hr
Reports To : Warehouse Manager
