Family Law Attorney
Our client, a law firm in the Plymouth Meeting area, is seeking a Family Law Attorney to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Handle a full caseload of family law matters including :
Divorce and equitable distribution
Child custody and visitationChild and spousal supportProtection from Abuse (PFA) petitionsPrenuptial and postnuptial agreementsAdoption and guardianship proceedingsDraft and review pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials in Montgomery County and surrounding jurisdictions.Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies.Maintain regular client communication and provide compassionate guidance through emotionally charged legal processes.Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to ensure high-quality client service.Qualifications
