Physician - Sleep Medicine

Join our experienced group comprised of four physicians and five nurse practitioners.

Four Separate Locations :

• This position will primarily work out of the Midtown (Evansville) location
• Volume : Physician will provide outpatient care, averaging 18-20 patients / day.
• Candidates should be BC / BE by the American Board of Sleep Medicine.
• Call Coverage

Limited call for medical advice.

One year guarantee of $334,000 and eligible each year for a quality bonus.
