Job Description

Administrative Assistant needed for financial company in Moorpark, CA

Schedule is 8-5pm Monday - Friday
* Onsite in Moorpark (remote work NOT offered)
* $23 per hour
* Must have a Degree

Responsibilities:
* Perform routine data entry and validation tasks
* Initiate third party orders
* Review and validate loan documents
* Handle routine calls, emails and/or chat responses
* Monitor work queues and intervening as needed
* Perform other related duties as required and assigned
* Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values
Qualifications:
* Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Ability to learn quickly and meet deadlines
