Director of Business Operations

A company is looking for a Director, Business Operations & Strategy (Marketplace Growth).

Key Responsibilities

Own the systems, strategy, and execution behind the quoting engine, automation infrastructure, and carrier performance

Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and analytics to enhance user experience and drive marketplace outcomes

Lead initiatives to scale the insurance business from 5M to 50M customers and support the company's growth to a $10B valuation

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Operations Research)

7+ years of management consulting experience from a top firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG)

Proven track record of hiring and managing high-performing teams

Ability to communicate effectively with technical stakeholders and C-suite executives
