Responsibilities

Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of both inbound and self-sourced opportunities, consistently exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.

Run discovery calls, live demos, and technical deep-dives that translate Vapi's capabilities into clear ROI for mid-market buyers.

Navigate multi-stakeholder deals, coordinating product, legal, and security reviews to contract signature.

Collaborate closely with marketing on targeted campaigns and with product to relay market feedback.

Represent Vapi at events and on webinars, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor on voice AI.

Qualifications

2-4 years of quota-carrying experience in B2B SaaS, with a focus on mid-market accounts.

Proven ability to close deals in the $120k+ range and consistently surpass monthly quotas.

Experience selling technical or developer-focused products; able to speak credibly with engineering and product leaders.

Competitive, entrepreneurial mindset with the grit to thrive in an early-stage startup.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
