The position offers remote flexibility while still allowing you to stay closely engaged through periodic travel to the client site 25-50% of the time. Youll play a key role in developing and managing complex schedules, supporting project leadership, and driving clarity across all phases of a technically demanding data center build. Candidates who excel in collaborative environments, enjoy tackling challenging scheduling scenarios, and are motivated by large-scale, fast-moving projects are encouraged to apply./ppstrongEssential Duties Responsibilities:/strong/pulliSupport Project Managers with quality project schedules at appropriate levels of detail for proposed and on-going projects./liliDevelop, monitor, status and resolve negative impacts to schedule critical paths./liliProvide guidance on design issues, client concerns and code issues./liliLead project managers, design and contractors on monthly project progress of work./liliDevelop and maintain project risk assessments, qualitative and quantitative./liliDevelop and maintain 4D, 5D modeling./liliManage the development of critical monthly progress reports./liliParticipate in design verifications and construction site walks./liliSupport efforts to collect, integrate and report key project data./liliDevelop and maintain detailed construction schedules./liliPerform forensic scheduling analysis./liliOverview clients schedules for as-planned schedule validation, labor productivity, critical path delay and acceleration./liliDevelopment of risk management plan, using crystal ball, PRA./liliManage resource and cost loading of schedules./liliContributes to and monitors scope control, change management and associated implications to project cost and scheduling, escalating when appropriate./liliProvides mentorship to Scheduler I Scheduler II Team Members./liliOther duties as assigned./liliAttendance at work during normal business hours./li/ulpstrongKnowledge Skills Required:/strong/pulliDemonstrated knowledge of developing and maintaining project risk assessments (qualitative and quantitative)./liliKnowledge of 4D/5D modeling./liliExperience with forensic scheduling analysis of construction or engineering projects independently./liliExperience with estimate validation and adjustments and comparative cost analyses./liliKnowledge of Pre- and Post-Construction cost audits and valuations./liliExperience performing detailed cost and schedule analyses./liliKnowledge of project document control./liliAbility to provide forensic scheduling analysis of construction or engineering projects./liliDemonstrated ability to develop high-level logic driven schedules./liliUtilize effective written and oral communication skills./liliUnderstand how your role contributes to the organizations goals./liliDeliver quality work product by role modeling organizational core values./liliHold self accountable to individual and team goals./liliConsistently communicate and collaborate with team members and clients./liliBuild relationships with peers, leaders, and clients./liliProactively participate in self-development to continually enhance current skills and build new skills required to excel at current role and prepare for career progression./liliDemonstrate ability to be dependable, diligent, and thorough./liliExercise creativity and resourcefulness in managing the project effectively in a compressed timeframe./li/ulpstrongPreferred Education and Experience:/strong/ppEducation: BS in Construction Management or Engineering/ppExperience: 5-7 years exp in project scheduling or as a Project Engineer/ppPreferred Certification: PSP, PMP, CPE, CEP, CCP, CMIT or MRICS/ppData Center project experience required./ppMust be able to travel periodically to client site 25-50% of the time./ppThe salary range for this full-time role is $136,000.00-$181,333.36 per year. Ranges are determined based on the position, geography, client and industry experience and level, and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range reflects base salary only, and not the total compensation package.
