Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly analytical and process-driven Business Intelligence Analyst to support and enhance our internal operations across the Order to Cash (O2C) lifecycle. This role will focus on evaluating and improving end-to-end business processes-from order management and fulfillment to invoicing and cash application-ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.

The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, Sales, Customer Service, external vendors, and IT to identify inefficiencies, gather business requirements, and recommend process improvements. This position requires strong business acumen, excellent documentation and communication skills, and a deep understanding of O2C workflows within an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities :

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will develop a strong understanding of each business function's objectives and challenges, and you will serve as the bridge between business needs and technical execution. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Partnering with business leaders to define reporting and analytics requirements.
• Providing insight into analytics process to generate new and updated metrics and reporting.
• Translating business needs into clear functional requirements and specifications for technical teams.
• Validating and interpreting data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Maintaining and updating dashboards and reports to confirm usability and alignment with organizational priorities.
• Coordinating with technical staff to prioritize development, enhancements, and maintenance of reporting systems.
• Monitoring data quality and escalating issues as needed.
• Driving adoption and training business users on how to leverage dashboards and analytics tools.
• Reviewing and providing quality control for report development.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,150.00 - $171,225.00. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the primary work location in the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
