Department & Function :

Drug Metabolism and pharmacokinetics (DMPK-BA) - DMPK-BA scientists work within a matrix environment to identify molecules with the best chemical properties to target a specific disease. Scientists work in a collaborative cross-functional environment to understand the metabolism excretion and pharmacokinetic properties of each candidate therapeutic.

Key Responsibilities Include :

• Flow cytometry (FACS) panel design and optimization to support clinical trial needs
• Work as part of a highly collaborative interdisciplinary team in an integrated research laboratory
• Conduct laboratory studies in support of biomarker / diagnostic strategy development and execution of individual immune-oncology and immunology R&D projects
• Design and implement biomarker strategy for use in oncology clinical trials
