Position : Director of Finance (DOF)

Salary : $167-$175K (ICP bonus of 20-25% that is weighted on business units’ performance, execution, and segment)

Location : Houston 77042

Must have Oil and Gas Experience

Business Unit Overview : The business unit consists of 2 main groups :

1.After Markets

2.Capital Equipment Operations

Qualifications

• Looking for someone with minimum of 4-5 years partnering directly with Operations
• At minimum, will only consider those with tenure and more than 2-3+ years per role
• Someone with an automation mindset; understands how to research, analyze complex projects
• Projects can be from $130K - $140M
• Must have Financial Planning & Analysis background AND must be reflected on the resume
• Will mentor Project Accountants (14) and Cost Accountants (10), but not responsible for performance reviews; will have 3 direct reports under him / her to handle
• Some accounting duties, but emphasized that is not looking for Controllers, Accountants, where duties included internal audits, tax, etc.
• Currently, there are no candidates in the pipeline.
