LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager for our client in Dallas, TX. This role involves managing a small accounting team. NetSuite experience is a requirement to be considered for this position.

This position pays 110K-120K+Bonus and offers good work-life balance and a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions.

Prepare and review financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards.

Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.

Develop and maintain financial reporting systems to track portfolio performance and provide actionable insights.

Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and analyses to support strategic initiatives.

Optimize cash flow management processes to ensure adequate liquidity for operations.

Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support financial and operational objectives.

Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure reliable financial reporting.

Coordinate the accurate preparation and timely filing of 1099 forms.

Support consolidation of financial statements across multiple entities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Act as a liaison between departments to promote smooth communication and collaboration.

Manage accounting for intercompany transactions and ensure proper recording and reporting.

Provide leadership to the accounting team, fostering professional development and a culture of continuous improvement.

Streamline accounting processes by leveraging technology and innovative solutions.

Oversee ERP systems and other accounting interfaces to ensure seamless operations.

Facilitate external audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field

Minimum of five years of progressive accounting experience, with a preference for real estate industry exposure.

Proficiency in NetSuite

Pay Details : $110,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
