About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Director for our Audit division. The ideal candidate will take the lead in building client relationships, driving business growth by attracting new clients, and enhancing services for our current clientele. This role requires expertise in coaching team members on effective business development strategies, with potential profit responsibility for a specialized practice.

The Director will play a crucial role in the ongoing planning, marketing, and business strategies of a specialized department to ensure team goals and budgets are met. Upholding quality control standards is essential, along with engaging in various management aspects of the business unit.

Applicants should possess a Master’s degree in accounting, taxation, or a related field, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree. A minimum of 10 years’ experience in public accounting or a related field, along with at least 10 years of supervisory experience, is essential. An active CPA or equivalent certification is required.

The candidate must demonstrate excellent time management skills, manage multiple assignments effectively, and prioritize tasks efficiently. Proficiency in relevant technology and outstanding communication abilities are crucial, alongside a proven track record of business integrity, client service, and leadership skills.

Willingness to travel up to 10% based on client and business needs is also required.
