Must-Have Skills & Experience :

Schedule : Full time, salaried position (approx. 40 hours per week). Typical schedule Monday through Friday, with occasional after-hours meetings and Saturdays. Flexibility and discretion in creating schedule.

Pay : $90,000 - $100,000 per year, determined by the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications. Eligibility for up to 15% performance-based annual bonus.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements :

As a Practice Manager, you will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and leading a high-performing team in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You'll work closely with Partner Doctors, the Medical Director, and the Operations Director to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional patient care.
