Compensation :
$150,000 - $200,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Acquire new leads from sales agents and reach out to them to set up listing appointments
- Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price
- Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
- Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business
- Reach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments
- Research the surrounding real estate market to determine the best listing price for the seller
Qualifications :
Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing / lead technologiesStrong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills1+ year of prior experience in the real estate industryCompletes tasks quickly and efficientlyAble to conduct in-depth market research and showcases clear understanding of the real estate industryAbout Company
