What You Will Do

• Drive Project Success :

Lead and direct team to design new products, modify existing designs, and improve processes.

Lead recruitment, hiring, performance evaluations, and compensation decisions.

Monitor and report key performance metrics while identifying improvement opportunities.

Compensation : The expected annual base salary range for this role is $120,000- $175,000. This role qualifies for an incentive plan based on individual and company performance.
