Job Description

Supervise all field operations and subcontractor activity on site. Lead daily coordination, safety briefings, and site logistics. Maintain schedules and proactively identify delays or risks. Ensure adherence to drawings, specs, and quality expectations. Enforce all OSHA and company safety policies. Communicate closely with project managers and owners. Conduct walkthroughs and manage punch list and closeout. Maintain detailed daily reports, inspections, and site logs.

The Successful Applicant

7-15 years of experience leading ground-up commercial construction projects. Familiar with local subcontractor market and municipal processes. OSHA 30 certified; strong safety and scheduling track record. Skilled in reading plans, managing site activities, and coordinating trades. Experience with Procore or similar construction software is a plus. Strong communicator, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem solving. Stable project history with reputable contractors preferred. Based in or willing to commute to the New Haven area.
