About the Opportunity

• Location : Mercy Health Defiance Family Practice, Defiance, OH
• Practice Setting : Outpatient primary care
• Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (flexible scheduling available)
• Patient Volume : Average of 22-28 patients per day
• Diverse Patient Population : 25% pediatrics, 50% adults, 25% geriatrics
• Call Schedule : Shared with current providers
