Salary Range : $54,000 - $85,000 annually

This is a Hybrid or full-time Remote position. It’s a Hybrid role if you live in the Central Illinois area, which requires you to be in the Peoria, IL office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday with the option to work from home Monday and Friday.

As a UX Designer, my objective is :

To identify and translate client objectives into beautiful, innovative, and workable solutions for interactive mediums that create great experiences for the user

The outcomes I need to produce for clients are :

• Conduct research to develop insights that shape experience design following UX methodologies for conducting audits, performing heuristic analyses, conducting user testing, and developing personas and scenarios
• Deliver experiences designed to meet client goals while being user-centric in design
• Leading or collaborating in multi-stakeholder interactive workshops and presentations
