Outpatient Counselor, Therapist I or II

Conifer Park is looking for a Counselor / Therapist, I or II to join our Outpatient Team in Plattsburgh, NY. As a Counselor / Therapist with Conifer Park you will function as part of an interdisciplinary team and provide comprehensive psychosocial assessment and diagnostic services to patients in an outpatient setting. Provide process oriented & didactic group counseling services and individual, family or crisis counseling to a caseload.

Sign on bonus for Qualifying Health Professionals (QHP) Final amount dependent on Full Time Equivalent Status for selected shift. Maximum amount is $3,000 to be paid at three intervals (90 Days, 1 Year and 2 year)

Schedule : Mon, Tue, Frid 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm : Wed-Thrus 10 : 30am- 7 : 00pm Requirements :

Requirements

Counselor Requirements : Associates Degree in Chemical Dependency or related field with 1 year of applicable experience, Current CASAC-T or CASAC Certification, CPR Certification required within 6 months of hire

Therapist I Requirements : Bachelor’s Degree in related field, with one year related experience, CASAC or Qualified Health Professional (QHP per OASAS 800 Regulations), CPR Certification required within 6 months of hire

Therapist II Requirements : Master’s Degree in related field, Current LMHC or LMSW with one year of experience, CASAC or Qualified Health Professional (QHP per OASAS 800 Regulations),
