Padre Island Dr, Corpus Christi, TX 78412 Floor : 4th Building : Bay Area Heart Hospital General Information Tell us about the unit(s) : Number of Beds - 25 Number of Staff 40+ Type of staff : o Day Shift 1 free charge, 1 UC, 2 PCTs, 5 RNs o Night Shift 5 RNS, 1 PCT Patient Ratios 6 : 1, sometimes 5 : 1 Type of equipment Baxter IV Pumps, KCI wound vacs, SCD pumps EMR - Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for : (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. BLS ACLS Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. Meditech experience Telemetry experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s) : In addition to general med / surg competencies, it is preferred that applicants can o Manage chest tubes o Manage non-titrated Cardizem and Amiodorone drips o Manage weight-based heparin drips Dress Code : Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.
