Join our Team : As a Solutions Engineer you will play a crucial role in designing and architecting scalable, secure, and highly available applications and platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including operations, product managers, and DevOps specialists to ensure the successful delivery and operation of our low code / no-code solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software architecture, cloud technologies, and a passion for building innovative products to support everyday business operations.
Responsibilities
- Design and architect complex, distributed applications that meet scalability, performance, security, and reliability requirements.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Lead architectural discussions and provide technical guidance to development teams.
- Provide Technical Support to teams leveraging the companies Suite of SaaS Applications including but not limited to Tulip and NiceLabel.
- Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance the platform's capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to data privacy and security
- Conduct performance analysis and optimization to improve application efficiency and resource utilization.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and advancements in low-code solutions and SaaS architecture.

Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, and data warehousingExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to roll-up the sleeves and troubleshoot system issues that ariseUnderstanding of cloud computing platforms such as AWS and AzureAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentQualifications :
5+ years of work experience; prior experience in product management and process engineering is a plus3+ years with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies and practicesCS background is a plus; at a minimum you know some SQL and have some basic coding experienceExperience using and integrating Label Management Systems in a Production EnvironmentKnowledge of security best practices for software environments (preferably as it pertains to the medical field and PHI)Previous experience working in a startup or high-growth company is a plus
