This role is ideal for experienced professionals who thrive in a fast-paced surgical environment and are comfortable performing under pressure. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of OR experience, with specialized skills in DaVinci Robotic surgeries, ensuring seamless support during complex procedures. You will be responsible for assisting the surgical team, maintaining a sterile environment, and preparing OR equipment and supplies. This position requires flexibility for on-call duties, including every 4th weekend and up to twice during the week. On-call team members must reside within 15 minutes of the facility to ensure swift response times. The scheduling is strictly 5 / 8s, offering predictable hours and a balanced work-life routine. The facility retains the right to cancel up to five shifts at no cost during the 13-week assignment, providing some scheduling flexibility.
