Your Day-to-Day Provide individualized care using the nursing process : assess, plan, implement, evaluate. Educate and support families on symptom management, medication administration, and preparing for end-of-life. Monitor patient condition and coordinate care across the interdisciplinary team. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines. Serve as a clinical mentor to fellow RNs, LPNs, and hospice aides. What You Bring Education : Bachelor's in Nursing or Nursing Diploma (required). Licensure / Certifications : RN (Single-State or Multi-State Compact), BLS, Georgia Driver's License, personal vehicle; CHPN preferred. Experience : 2 years in acute care, hospice, or home care preferred. Skills : Emotional intelligence, clinical judgment, excellent communication, and comfort with electronic documentation.
