• Variable shifts available across 24-hour coverage
• 90 patients per day with annual volume of 32,850
• Emergency department with MLP support
• Mid-level practitioner coverage available
• Sometimes staffed with 4 physicians and 2 mid-levels per day
• 5 - 10 shifts per month
• No rounding required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
