Key Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new clients and families, creating a welcoming and empathetic atmosphere that honors diverse backgrounds.

• Ensure the timely completion of billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorizations, adhering to the highest professional standards.
• Engage in integrated care alongside psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and fellow therapists to provide a holistic approach to mental health support.
