Internal-Family Care / Geriatric NP 3-months Locum in Fairbanks, Alaska (AK).

Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting an experienced Internal Medicine / Family Care / Geriatric NP Locum to work coverage in Fairbanks, Alaska. Three-Months 2026 - Length of Assignment : January-March, or as soon as credentialed. Ask if you are a Locum considering a Permanent roll-over.

The Internal / Family Care / Geriatric NP Role(s) :

• Schedule : Monday -Friday, 8 hours daily
• Shifts : 7a-4p; 8a-5p
• Setting : Family Medicine / Internal Medicine / Wound Care
• Prescriptive Authority : Schedule II Medications
• Scope : Transfers - Denali Center
• Short-term patients requiring IV antibiotic therapy, and PT rehab
• Long-term patients : ages young adults with severe traumatic brain injuries to moderately complex chronic cases, and dementia patients.
• Supports Physician with 45 direct-patient caseloads (20-hours per week)
• Hospice related services
• Overall census : 60-70 patients
