Renwick Hospitality Group is looking for Hosts to join our opening team for a new restaurant & cocktail bar inside the Arlo SoHo.

For this role, you should have solid organizational and people skills to make sure our guests have a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive till their departure. You should also be available to work in shifts.

Ultimately, you’ll ensure we provide excellent customer service and a pleasant dining experience to our guests.

Responsibilities :

o Welcome guests to the venue

o Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists

o Manage reservations

o Escort customers to assigned dining or bar areas

o Provide menus and announce Waiter / Waitress’s name

o Greet customers upon their departure

o Coordinate with wait staff about available seating options

o Maintain a clean reception area

o Cater to guests who require extra attention

o Answer incoming calls and address customers’ queries

o Assist wait staff as needed

Requirements :

o Previous work experience as a Host preferred but we are willing to train outgoing people the right attitude.

o Understanding of restaurant etiquette

o Familiarity with health and safety regulations

o Experience in managing reservations

o Demonstrable customer-service skills

o Excellent communication skills (via phone and in-person)

o Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire dining and bar area

o Experience with a Reservation Management System is a plus
