Job descriptionKey Responsibilities : Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling proposals and presentations. Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners to maximize revenue opportunities. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent the company and establish connections. Monitor and report on sales metrics and effectiveness of business development initiatives. Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth. Qualifications : 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in hospitality. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
