Overview
Senior Paralegal role at CVS Health. As a Sr. Paralegal you will be part of a premier corporate law department assisting attorneys by providing primary legal support in connection with the CVS Caremark Prescription Benefit Management, Healthcare Services Group.
Responsibilities And Duties
- Support the drafting and review of a wide variety of contracts.
- Work collaboratively with Client Account Management, Proposals, Finance, and other operational stakeholders to ensure contracts follow CVS Caremark's business and operational standards.
- Assist with day-to-day communications and coordinate responses to inquiries from project stakeholders.
- Identify legal and business risks and provide solutions to internal business partners that drive projects to the desired result.
- Information management, including the updating of files and electronic data in connection with assigned projects.
- General legal research and contract administrative support activity as assigned.
- Other related work as assigned.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of Paralegal and / or Contract Administrator experience3+ years of experience with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat ProfessionalPreferred Qualifications
5+ years of paralegal and / or contract administrator experienceAt least 2 years of commercial / service contract drafting experienceParalegal certificate from an ABA approved programPrevious experience in a legal, compliance, or health plan environmentWestlaw experienceSalesforce.comBachelor's degreeEducation
Associate's degree, Paralegal Certificate or equivalent related experience required.

Pay Range
The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $34.66 - $76.26. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
