- Clean driving record
- Good communication skills.
- Stable work history.
- General building maintenance
- Lot maintenance
- Hours are Tuesday through Friday 8 : 30 am until 6 : 00 pm, Saturday 8 : 00 am - 3 : 00 pm (depending on customer needs)
