$70,000 - $78,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with ownership / executive team on strategic planning and reporting
• Maintain high standards for customer satisfaction, quality, and service delivery
• Direct day-to-day business functions and team operations
• Track key performance indicators and adjust plans to meet business goals
• Hire, train, and mentor department leaders and staff to foster growth and performance
