What You'll Do :
Lead the largest U.S. facility (and company HQ), overseeing production, supply chain, logistics, and facilities.Manage and develop a multi-disciplinary team across value streams and support functions.Scale plant output by optimizing processes and driving accountability.Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, commercial, and finance leadership.Champion cultural transformation and operational excellence.Qualifications, Partial List :
10+ years in operations leadership with full P&L ownershipBackground in high-mix, low-volume, engineered systems or process manufacturingExperience with Lean, Six Sigma, or structured CI / operations systemsStrong floor presence with the ability to lead through influence and credibilityPrior military leadership or regulated manufacturing experience is a plusRelocation to North Carolina requiredAbout the Company :
