Join a thriving ENT practice in the heart of the Bay Area!

Sutter East Bay Medical Group (SEBMG) is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join our busy and well-established department in Castro Valley, California.

This is a full-time, shareholder-track opportunity offering immediate volume, excellent support, and the ability to make a lasting impact on patient care in a collegial, physician-led environment.

Position Highlights :

  • Step into a thriving practice with an established patient base and strong referral network
  • Comprehensive ENT care : Opportunity to treat patients of all ages
  • Trauma experience preferred : Level II trauma center exposure for adult cases
  • Collaborative environment : Join a dedicated team of specialists and experienced clinicians
  • Epic EHR system : Training and support provided
  • Call coverage : Candidate must reside within 30 minutes of Eden Medical Center

Qualifications

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
  • Active California Medical License (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfort with adult trauma preferred; ability to care for all ages ideal

    • Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive guaranteed base salary : $493,079 – $557,987 annually (DOE)
  • Incentive opportunities available beyond base compensation
  • $1,000 / month residency stipend for residents who commit up to 12 months before hire
  • Signing bonus and relocation allowance provided
  • Shareholder eligibility after two years
