Experienced Plumber - $35-$45 / hr + Monthly Bonuses Top Earners Make $110K+ | Sign-On & Retention Bonuses Available

Join the growing team at Coast Plumbing Solutions, Inc. , proudly serving Santa Barbara County since 2017. We're a full-service plumbing company handling everything from remodels to water heaters, drain cleaning, and commercial repairs, with a reputation for doing the job right and backing our work with a 2-year minimum warranty.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay : $35.00-$45.00 / hr depending on experience
  • Monthly Sales Bonus
  • Sign-On Bonus - Qualified candidates are eligible for a bonus up to $1,000
  • Weekly Pay (Fridays)
  • Top Techs Earn $110K+

    • Schedule

  • Monday-Friday
  • On-call rotation only 1 week every 5-7 weeks

    • What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of verifiable service plumbing experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Clean driving record
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong mechanical aptitude & basic math skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with ServiceTitan a plus
